Terms of Service

Last updated: June 26, 2026

By using TimeStack, operated by Erbacci LLC, Wyoming, USA ("we"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service

TimeStack connects to your Ring camera(s) via the official Ring Partner API to capture scheduled snapshots and compile them into time-lapse progress reels. It is a documentation tool, not a security or safety device.

2. Eligibility & account linking

You need an active Ring account, a supported Ring camera, and a Ring plan that supports snapshot access. You authorize TimeStack read-only snapshot access to the cameras you designate. Revoke anytime from the Ring app.

3. Acceptable use

4. Output & no warranty

TimeStack is provided "as is." We do not guarantee capture of every interval (cameras may be offline, asleep, or rate-limited), specific video quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Reel smoothness depends on how frequently your camera provides fresh snapshots.

Snapshots and the compiled reels include Ring's standard watermark — the Ring logo plus the device ID, app name, and timestamp — which Ring applies server-side to all camera media. TimeStack does not add, alter, or remove it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

Disable the integration in the Ring app to stop the service. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms with notice for material changes. Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
